This is an excellent WW2 US M3 fighting knife made by Imperial. The U.S. M3 Fighting Knife (or Trench Knife) was developed in 1942–1943 as a specialized close-combat weapon for elite forces (rangers, paratroopers) and soldiers. The blade is in excellent condition with a strong, clean leather handle and ordnance stamped on the pommel. Crisp markings. Comes with a beautiful canvas US M8 scabbard by B.M. Co. Overall an excellent example of the most iconic of all fighting knives.
