Custom Hand-Built Tiny House — Fencl Design.
Hand-built by seller — every board, shelf, and detail. Based on the Tumbleweed FENCL plan (130 sq ft + two lofts), this is a furnished home with high-end finishes throughout. Not a kit, not a flip. It's been lived in and loved.
The exterior is freshly restained cedar with a metal roof. Inside: pine walls, teak hardwood floors, custom bespoke cabinetry, butcher block countertop, stained glass inlaid in the entry door, and two opening skylights.
Electricity and propane are fully functional. Equipped with a Dickinson Newport propane heater, four-burner propane stove, convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, compact fridge with freezer, and washer/dryer combo. Water system is mostly functional — hot water tank needs replacement (easy access, estimated under $1,000).
