Head Cook at The Elks Lodge in Wasilla.
Duties:
Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to Lodge standards. Assist with food prep for Friday dinners, special events, and occasional catering functions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
Assist with inventory, stocking and kitchen supplies. Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times. Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and members to provide a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
Previous line cook or food preparation experience preferred. Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures. Strong attention to detail and time management. Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible (evenings/weekends required) Must follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. MUST have food handler
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
License/Certification:
Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
