Expanding company looking for versatile manager to tackle exciting challenges. Position oversees short-term property rentals in Fairbanks and remote Alaska, vehicle yacht and aircraft rentals, sales, hiring, and expanding operations.
Flexible schedule (typically 20-30/week) may involve travel, managing contracts and subcontracting.
Key Roles:
-Manage property turnovers and upkeep.
-Handle customer interactions and contracts
-Coordination and management of vehicle/yacht operations
-Advertising & communications
-Help with expansion into new markets in and outside Alaska
The Ideal Candidate:

-Business experience in management, rentals, or customer service.
-Skills in scheduling, marketing, bookkeeping software.
-Independent, reliable, and adaptable.
-Great with coordination, travel and adventurous.
