Putting my conure, Effie, up for adoption. She spent about a year in a small cage at Petco and has been with me almost a year now. She has slowly warmed up to me, but needs a lot more work. I have become very attached and hate to see her go, but she is too loud for the rest of the family. Typical Jenday/Sun conure shrieking, especially when I leave the room. It's normally just her and I home all day and she's super quiet. She would do best in a calm environment or a family who doesn't mind the shrieking. Rehoming fee is negotiable - most importantly I am trying to find her a loving home to accept her quirks.
