Rocky is an almost-3-year-old Australian Blue Heeler and Shepherd mix with a bright mind and an even bigger heart. True to his working-dog roots, he’s energetic, athletic, and happiest when he has a job to do—especially if that job involves chasing a ball. Fetch is his favorite game, and he’ll happily play as long as you’re willing. Rocky thrives on structure and does his very best when he has a consistent schedule, daily exercise, and focused attention. With routine, he is attentive, loyal, and wonderfully well-mannered. He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out to explore with his person. Rocky bonds closely and wants to be part of the action, whether that’s an active household, outdoor adventures, or dedicated play time in the yard. We are reluctantly seeking a new home for him due to a recent move, and our greatest hope is to find him a family who can match his energy, provide steady companionship, and give him the engagement he deserves. key: ftgh
