UNIQUE GUARDIAN HOME OPPORTUNITY AKC CHOCOLATE SABLE STUD
I am looking for a very special local forever home for my handsome 2 year old AKC Chocolate Sable male Pomeranian. Originally from a high quality program in California he is a proven amazing stud with an insanely fluffy coat and kind wonderful eyes.
Once he knows and trusts you his true personality is pure joy. He is a total clown who loves to sploot (stretching out like a little frog) when he is happy. He is a dream to walk and listens wonderfully off leash. He loves baskets and cubbies and a warm fireplace or blanket to nap. He is very affectionate. He is NOT a barker unless he is afraid when first getting to know you. After that, he hardly ever makes a sound.
He joined my home at a year old and can be very shy of strangers. He is not a social butterfly and needs a family that respects his pace and gives him time to feel safe.
He requires a low traffic adult only home. He does not like chaos or the energy of children.
His new family must allow him time to decompress and come out from “under the bed” on his own terms.
He is wonderful but my heart knows he truly wants to be a one dog person.
What is a Guardian Home
He will live with you as your permanent pampered pet. I will retain breeding rights for a limited time typically twice a year for the next 2 years. Once his breeding career is finished he will be neutered and full legal ownership will be transferred to you at no cost.
Requirements
Must live within 1 hour of Eagle River.
No other intact dogs in the home.
Must be willing to dote on him endlessly and keep him healthy and safe.
Vet reference and home visit required.
Price: 500 dollars Fully Refundable Security Deposit
Note: This is not a sale price. The deposit is held to ensure his safety and the integrity of the contract. it is returned to you in full once he is retired and neutered.
