TTAF: 2700. SMOH: 460 (2000TBO!). Clean, low hours M20C Mark 21, new IFR avionics 2025! Want to go 160kts at 9-10GPH?! Well cared for, excellent paint and interior, shows pride of ownership. Always in dry climate (Montana and Arizona for decades), no corrosion, and no damage history. Complete logs. One of the nicest on the market. Resealed fuel tanks, new landing gear donuts. Aircraft Hangared in Tucson AZ, owner lives in AK and will ferry up to AK for the cost of fuel/ferry expenses (however, it is a great adventure though so i highly recommend the new owner take it up if he/she can!) Owner selling due to owning too many airplanes... could be worse.
Avionics: Duel G5s, Garmin GNX375 (full ADSB), new Garmin radio and comm panel, Com 2 is Garmin GNC 250XL. All setup to accept a Garmin autopilot if new owner wanted to put one in. IFR certified.
Engine/Airframe: O-360 (180 hp) 460 hrs since overhaul at MAC Engines (Billings, Montana); prop in great shape with 480 hrs since overhaul. Times may change as aircraft flown actively. No damage history, no hangar rash, aluminum looks nice all the way around. Low hours, well cared for. Fuel tanks resealed professionally!
She flies incredibly well and i'm sad to let her go but I just don't have time for her! Great plane to zoom around Alaska and Canada quickly! Normally i cruise 10-12k around 9GPH generating at TAS of 160-170kts. Hard to beat! Call with questions.
