This is a very capable IFR cross country machine and is a great STOL performer as well. 1570 lb empty, 2550 lb max TO weight; 980 lb useful/668 lb w/full fuel. Cruise at 110 knots at 23/23 - 9 gph. 10 gph block to block, 52 gal fuel. Stall below 40 knots. 400 ft TO run at gross. Annual good through August 2025. The paint is rough and the engine has a case crack that will require a tear-down to repair. If you are handy at engine work you can have a great performing aircraft at a good price.
