We’ve owned this RV for 4 years and it’s been great for our family. We mostly used it as a summer cabin & just aren’t using it enough anymore. Only 37k miles.
Chevy 454 on the P30 chassis. Runs and drives well. Propane heat works great & the AC works incredibly well. We usually kept it parked for most of the summer with shore power so that was primarily how we used it. The generator fired up last summer, but we personally haven’t used it much.
We removed the dining table that’s shown in the photos to make more room for our toddlers to play. We still have the table and can reinstall it or include it with the sale.
No known roof or plumbing leaks. Paint and overall condition are very good for a 1996.
