Yes, we do need gun control. We need to disarm all federal bureaucrats, and then abolish the bloated and unnecessary federal agencies that they work for, many of which are currently writing and enforcing laws that, under our Nation's Constitution, can only be written by Congress. Moreover, Constitutionally-delegated Powers cannot be lawfully transferred by Congress to unelected bureaucrats without a Constitutional Amendment permitting such a transfer to occur. This is the very essence of our Republican form of Government. We're a Constitutional Republic, not a dictatorship. Even more alarming is the fact that many of these federal agencies are acting as armed fiefdoms with their own laws; their own armies; and their own court systems. Therefore, they are acting unlawfully, because they are acting without required authorization of Congress to even exist at all.
