The Constitution Requires No Interpretation
by Mike Baker
The Supreme Court does not have any power delegated to it under the Constitution for the United States of America to "interpret" the Supreme Law of The Land. Like any written document, the Constitution means what it meant by the people who wrote it, when they wrote it. The Framers of the Constitution even told us what that meaning was in very clear, unambiguous language, both within the document itself, and within the writings they published for nearly a half century afterward, explaining that meaning to all who sought clarification. On the contrary, each and every member of the Supreme Court took a Sacred Oath to "uphold and defend" the Constitution, not to abrogate it. And insofar as they do make rulings which have the effect of abrogating the Constitution, these so-called "justices" not only commit perjury of oath and the crime of subversion, they trample on the blood of our Nation's Fathers.
