Newspapers are Relics of a Bygone Era
by Mike Baker
Until the Internet came along, Americans were forced to rely on the television networks, daily newspapers, and large circulation magazines for their information. But now that there are truly alternative information resources available to us on the Web, the dishonest nature of the sock puppet, mainstream media has become brutally apparent to anyone who still has two brain cells left to rub together. In fact, it's become almost comical to watch these relics from a bygone era continue to babble on about an absurdly restricted selection of topics, to control the tenor of debate, and attempt to gaslight the public as they do. It's like were living in Orwell's 1984 novel, or something.
