Any argument that federal laws supercede state or local laws aimed at nullifying unconstitutional federal laws is completely anorexic, since unconstitutional laws, by definition, were not made "in pursuance of" the Constitution to begin with, which is what application of the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution requires before federal law can claim supremecy over any other.
