Nothing Supercedes The Constitution
by Mike Baker
Nothing supercedes the Constitution. In order to prejudice Rights which are granted or secured by our Nation's Constitution, an amendment must first be proposed by either a two-thirds majority vote of Congress, or by a Constitutional Convention. The proposed amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the fifty state legislatures in order to become effective. Therefore, any law, any regulation, or any judicial ruling which presumes to change or undermine the Constitution in any other way should rightly be considered an instrument of fraud, and ignored by everyone as an illegitimate dictate of an illegitimate government.
