Unalienable Rights are immutable, Natural Rights, which are the birthright of all Free Human Beings. Rights like Free Speech, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and the Right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures, predate any form of government which has ever existed on Earth. The Constitution is merely each American's personal guarantee from its Framers that these and other Eternal Rights would remain "Unalienable, " which means they cannot lawfully be separated from you under any circumstances, because they are yours forever.
