To purchase this rifle we must meet at a local gun shop and you must pass a background check with the shop. No exceptions. This rifle has been my truck and camp gun for a few years. There are a lot of AR's out there that have more bells and whistles than a christmas tree, but if you want a gun you can depend on then you need to keep it simple. This is a lesser-seen style of AR: the dissipator. The barrel is a 16" heavy HBAR style, with an adjustable gas block. For reliability the gas system is carbine-length, but for better aiming the iron sights are rifle-length. For a little bit of style I outfitted this rifle with standard A2 buttstock, pistol grip, and handguards. You don't see them as much these days, but they grip well and give things a bit of a retro look. This is also a very soft-shooting rifle. With the heavy barrel and adjustable gas block you can tune this gun to your load until there is almost no recoil. It's been a good gun, but I'm cleaning out what I haven't used in a while so it's time for someone else to enjoy this.
