Two Colt .45 revolvers are made in Italy. From what I can gather these were made by the Italian company Uberti. They made and continue to make these .45 revolver replicas under various models and names.
One looks like the "Hombre" on their site and it has a matte finish with brass and possibly walnut grip.

On the left receiver it says "Pat. Sept. 19.1871" and "Pat. July 2.1872." Serial# is U05724 with a CC in a square.
The other one looks like the "Steel" and is marked with "Chaparral 45 Colt" on the left side of the barrel and "Chaparral-Firearms Inc. Melbourne FL32940" and "Made in Italy" on the underside of the barrel.
"826" is stamped under the receiver.

The knife is a Schrade "Old Timer" with "150T" stamped into the blade.Full tangand very sharp. It has the leather sheath.
