21.5 ft with HEATED TANKS travel trailer in great condition. It sleeps 3 comfortably (full size Murphy bed and dinette/bed). We've outgrown it and need something different. We are the first owners, it's fully paid off, we have a clean title in hand. Selling it fully equipped and ready to go. With the solar and heated tanks it's off grid ready.

The latch on the Murphy bed has never been great. We found as long as we drive with the bed down it's not an issue.
Prices on JD Power for avg retail of $29,195 with all the upgrades ours has. The trailer is in excellent condition.
