About Alaska's List
They say that "necessity is the mother of all invention." If that's true, then it was Necessity herself who gave birth to Alaska's List on New Years Day of 2009. We Alaskans sorely needed a classifieds site of our own where we can buy and sell things online--one that truly reflects our unique and independent lifestyle, and one that embodies the spirit of a Great people who are determined to live free, and live well, in The Last Frontier.
For far too long Alaskans have had no other real choice but to tolerate the socially-destructive anarchy, the chaos, the liberalism, and the totally insane flagging system of that guy in California's site in order to buy and sell things on the Internet. Now that time has reached its end, because when a group of talented and highly motivated people from the Greatland get together and decide to create a classifieds site that rivals anybody in California's list, you can bet your bunny boots that's exactly what's going to happen right here at Alaskaslist.com.
